Abstract
本研究探討臺灣中文-西班牙文同步口譯的發展歷程,此語言組合長期遭我國翻譯教育體系與制度性語言規劃的忽視。相較於中英語組早已建構出完善的培訓與制度支持,中西語組口譯長期缺乏正規養成途徑與歷史紀錄。研究者以自身實務經驗為出發,嘗試重建中西語口譯場域的發展脈絡,並揭示譯者在市場較小的語組所面臨的制度性挑戰。本研究採口述歷史方法,透過一位資深口譯員的深度訪談,結合相關文獻與訪談資料進行分析。研究結果指出,中西語同步口譯發展可分為三個世代:第一代譯者多仰賴廣播經驗、無正規訓練即投入實務;第二代開始導入協作模式與基本術語準備;第三代則結合教育與政策參與,逐步形成跨領域專業實踐。本研究有助於理解中西語組譯者如何在制度空白中建立專業認同,並提出短中長期之教育與政策建議,以強化中西語譯者之養成與永續發展。
This study explores the development of Chinese–Spanish simultaneous interpreting in Taiwan, a language pair often overlooked in interpreter education and institutional discourse. While language combinations like Chinese–English have long enjoyed structured training systems, Chinese–Spanish interpreting has lacked formal pathways and historical recognition. This research aims to reconstruct the field’s evolution and highlight the challenges faced by practitioners in a marginal linguistic context.The study includes one in-depth interview and supplementary documentary analysis. Results identify three generational phases: early interpreters relied on broadcasting skills without formal training; a second wave introduced basic collaboration and terminology preparation; a third generation emerged with cross-disciplinary involvement in teaching and policy. This research contributes to understanding how interpreters navigate structural gaps in language pairs that involve a minor language and proposes multi-level strategies to support future development.
