栖心之地—陳顥勻創作論述與實踐

Abstract

本文以自我建構的世界為主軸，透過花、草、自然物為元素，創造心靈空間。以擬人化的自然物呈現現代躺平青年多樣的心理樣貌，以及其與面對權力控制的表現、無序蔓延的情緒以及刻意為之的自虐補償心理。在這個刻意唯美化的空間中，將情緒融入其中，使觀者沉浸在如夢似幻的美景之中。透過創作模式與畫面意義，構築因無助感而生的自我世界。探討躺平青年的無助感，進而產生的服從心理等，作為本文的研究與創作內容。本創作研究一共有五個章節，第一章為研究之動機、目的與研究方法，第二章以隱逸思想的脈絡、青年人的躺平文化及藝術對於生活帶來的療癒為論述的主要架構，分析當代社會中隱逸思想與青年文化之間的關聯，探討躺平文化背後的社會現象及藝術療癒的作用，第三章透過個人創作的理念與方法，包含對筆墨的個人詮釋、禪繞畫的啟發，以及創作形式與方法的闡述，逐步建立創作的核心概念與技法；第四章則對系列及個別作品進行詳細解析，展現作品中蘊含的思想與美學價值；第五章為結論，總結創作過程與研究心得，並期望藉由作品呈現對當代青年文化的觀察與思考，以藝術的方式探討自我療癒的可能性。筆者以逃離現實的幻想空間為主題，探討幻想空間的概念及意義、逃離現實的動機、幻想空間在藝術創作中的角色及幻想空間及現實世界的關係。透過幻想空間如何通過擬人化的方式呈現現代躺平青年的心理樣貌，以及這些擬人化角色如何與權力控制、情緒無序等主題相關聯，創作理念與方法章節則涵蓋筆者對於建構自我世界的思考，以及具體的創作過程與成果呈現。透過本研究，期望能深入理解躺平青年的心理狀態，以此作為創作的發想，為藝術創作領域提供新的視角與啟發。This study revolves around the construction of a self-contained world, using flowers, grasses, and natural imagery to establish a spiritual space. Through the personification of natural elements, the works reflect the diverse psychological states of contemporary “lying flat” youth—ranging from resistance and submission to emotional overflow and self-imposed constraints. In this intentionally idealized environment, emotions are interwoven into the visual language, inviting viewers into a dreamlike, introspective landscape. The study uses this creative approach to portray a sense of helplessness and psychological retreat, examining how inner struggles are transformed into visual narratives.The research is divided into five chapters. Chapter One outlines the research motivation, objectives, and methods. Chapter Two establishes the theoretical framework, discussing reclusive thinking, youth “lying flat” culture, and the therapeutic power of art. It further explores the relationship between social phenomena and personal emotional responses. Chapter Three elaborates on the creative philosophy and techniques, including personal interpretations of ink expression, inspiration drawn from Zentangle, and the development of a fluid, intuitive creative process. Chapter Four provides in-depth analysis of both series and individual works, exploring the underlying symbolism and aesthetic qualities. Chapter Five offers conclusions, reflecting on the creative journey and how it serves as a lens to observe contemporary youth culture and artistic self-healing.Additionally, the study investigates the role of fantasy spaces in artistic creation—their meaning, the impulse behind escaping reality, and their symbolic resonance. Through personified imagery and expressive linework, the works suggest a quiet protest against external pressure while constructing a fragile yet resilient inner world. This creative exploration not only sheds light on the psychological state of modern youth, but also opens new perspectives for discussing emotional resilience and the healing potential of art.
