dc.description.abstract在現代社會中,情緒壓力已成為人們生活中的常態。 zh_TW
In modern society, emotional stress has become a normal part of people's lives. Whether it is workplace competition, family responsibilities, or self-expectations, everyone seeks balance and progress in different stressful situations. However, stress is not just a burden; it can also be an opportunity to re-examine life's meaning. As Rumi said, "The wound is where the light enters your heart." This sentence reveals another layer of meaning of trauma and stress. It is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity for people to go deep into their inner selves, leadus to look back at ourselves and discover our inner strength. This study focuses on the psychological phenomenon of"resonance" and explores how it can help individuals adjust to stress, strengthen emotional management and stimulate internal motivation through different forms of companionship (including tangible people and intangible media). Through qualitative research methods, this study deeply analyzes the life stories of the respondents and reveals the specific role of resonance at the emotional, cognitive and behavioral levels. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate how empathy can be an important resource for resilience and self-healing.I hope that this research can provide new perspectives and methods for promoting mental health, stress management, and self-healing. I also hope that every reader can feel the power of resonance. The warmth of being understood and supported can help people find direction in difficult situations, rebuild their inner balance, and regain the motivation for life.en_US
