| dc.description.abstract | 在中美貿易戰與全球供應鏈重組的驅動下,台灣企業正面臨巨大的全球化壓力,尤其台灣半導體供應鏈於全球市場中扮演關鍵角色,帶動台灣企業加速推進全球化布局,跨國經營與跨文化人才需求日益迫切。在此背景下,如何有效培育具備跨文化溝通與整合能力的外派人才,成為組織競爭力的關鍵課題。為回應此挑戰,本研究以同樣位處亞洲、且全球化歷程上更為成熟的日本多國籍企業作 為參照,以台北語文學院(TLI)之實務經驗為案例,探討台灣與日本多國籍企業對外派人員 語言培訓策略的差異,深入探究其背後制度與文化脈絡,旨在為台灣多國籍企業優化其國際 外派人才的語言訓練並提供策略方針。本研究透過比較分析,揭示台日企業在語言培訓設計、資源投入、與人才發展路徑上的深層差異,了解企業如何透過語言培訓,提升組織競爭力,更進一步強化員工對組織的認同感與忠誠度,穩固全球化人才發展的基礎。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Driven by the U.S.-China trade war and the restructuring of global supply chains, Taiwanese enterprises are facing immense globalization pressures. In particular, Taiwan’s semiconductor supply chain plays a critical role in the global market, accelerating the globalization efforts of Taiwanese firms and intensifying the demand for cross-border operations and cross-cultural talent. Against this backdrop, cultivating expatriates equipped with strong cross-cultural communication and integration skills has become a crucial issue for sustaining organizational competitiveness.To address this challenge, this study draws a comparative reference from Japanese multinational corporations (MNCs), which, like Taiwan, are based in Asia but possess a longer and more mature history of globalization. Using the practical experience of Taipei Language Institute (TLI) as a case study, the research examines the differences in language training strategies for expatriates between Taiwanese and Japanese MNCs. It further explores the underlying institutional and cultural contexts, with the aim of providing strategic recommendations for Taiwanese MNCs to optimize their international expatriate language training programs.Through comparative analysis, this study reveals the deep differences between Taiwanese and Japanese corporations in language training design, resource allocation, and talent development pathways. It highlights how enterprises can enhance organizational competitiveness through language training, while also strengthening employees' organizational identification and loyalty, thereby reinforcing the foundation for a sustainable global talent strategy. | en_US |
