Item 95年資訊教育學門研究規劃推動計畫(2008-07-02) 張國恩本年度召集人工作重點,主要有例行之「各類申請案查之諮詢與審查」、「協助規劃推動資訊教育重點工作」、「成果發表與研究會議」三項,分述如下。壹、各類申請案審查之諮詢協助本處承辦人處理資訊教育(資訊教育、電腦輔助學習、網路科學教育)各類申請案之諮詢工作:1. 專題研究計畫:審查人推薦、經費核定、審查人審查品質評估。2. 進修案:審查人推薦、申請案審查。3. 出席國際會議、研討會、研習會、延攬人才:審查人推薦、審查。4. 大學生專題研究:審查人推薦。5. 國家型科技計畫:審查人推薦、審查、經費核定。6. 其他行政院交議案。貳、協助規劃推動資訊教育重點工作整合研究方向為下:(一) 數位學習環境建置與工具(e-learning infrastructure and tools)數位學習的基礎是環境的建置與相關工具的開發。隨著資訊科技的快速發展,學習環境也會相對改變。本項重點鼓勵學習科技與工具之創新研發,或探討應用於學科學習之模式與成效評估。1.數位學習環境之建置(Digital learning environment)2.學習活動/課程設計與發展之工具與方法論(Tools and methodologies for learningactivity/courseware design and development)3.普及式計算技術在教育上的應用(Ubiquitous computing for education)(二)數位內容導向應用(Content-oriented applications)學習資源的數位化必須充分利用資訊科技的特色與優勢,達到累積、保存、流通、共享、再利用的目的。本重點旨在鼓勵開發數位學習資源,並探討融入科學、數學、資訊科等教學或學習的方法與模式。1.網路學習資源(Web-based learning resources)2.資訊科技融入教學與學習(Technology integrated instruction and learning)3.大學教學卓越之基礎課程之數位學習內容(e-content for college-level basic courses ofteaching excellence)(三)數位學習教學與學習之理論、策略與評鑑(Teaching and learning theories, strategies andassessment)數位學習必須有堅實的理論基礎與適當的策略,才能有效的促進學習的發生,本重點鼓勵研究計畫探討數位學習教學與學習理論的修正與發展、教師與學生角色的轉變、教學策略的設計與實施,與評估數位學習成效的方法。1.教學與學習理論發展(Teaching/learning theories development)2.教師與學生之角色(Roles of the instructor and learner)3.成效評估方法論(Evaluation methodologies)(四)數位素養(Digital literacy)資訊教育的目的是提升全民的資訊素養、縮減數位落差,並確保網路使用的適當性。本項重點鼓勵研究計畫針對數位學習落差現象與縮減方式、提升網路素養方法,或網路使用(者)相關議題進行深入探討。1.數位學習落差(Digital learning divide)2.網路素養:概念、定義、教學(Internet literacy: concepts, definitions, pedagogical issues)3.網路使用心理與歷程(Psychological process in using Internet)Item Item A "Hybrid Sense" Algorithm for Layer Assignment in Three-Layer VLSI Routing(國立臺灣師範大學研究發展處, 1992-06-??) 張國恩佈局層指定(又稱可限性穿孔減少)是決定佈局中各線段的佈局層位置使得佈局所產生的穿孔數能儘量少。由於穿孔數的增加會降低電路之執行效益和增加電路製造成本,因此減少佈局中的穿孔是重要的。本文提出一個有效的演算法以減少三層佈局中的穿孔數。文中採用一種混合式的方式,並考慮實際設計上的限制問題,如端點限制與鄰接限制。這些問題皆有助於VLSI電路之製造。經過實驗證明,本混合式演算法是快速而有效的,並得到很好的結果。Item Analyzing the differences of the online discussion behaviors of knowledge construction and problem solving between high and low achieving learners(2009-01-08) 侯惠澤; 張國恩; 宋曜廷; Hou, Huei-Tse; Chang, Kuo-En; Sung, Yao-TingItem Certification of e-learning courseware: A case study on Taiwanese experiences(2007-10-18) 宋曜廷; 張國恩; Sung, Yao-Ting; Chang, Kuo-EnItem Cooperative learning in small EFL early reading groups(2005-06-03) 籃玉如; 張國恩; 宋曜廷; Lan, Y. Two subproblems are addressed: maximum alignment and wireable placement. Maximum alignment is to reassign terminal positions in the channel in order to maximize the number of nets that can be implemented as straight connections. Wireable placement is to find an assignment of the movable terminals to the vertical tracks in the channel that eliminates the vertical conflicts between nets. A restriction is imposed on the number of unconnected terminals in the maximum alignment problem to ensure that the number of columns in the channel is not increased in the process. The two subproblems are solved using two heuristic algorithms. Some well-known examples, including Deutsch's difficult example, are used as test cases. The results show that both channel width and via usage are reduced significantly by using the procedures.Item An efficient and fast algorithm for routing over the cells(Hindawi Publishing Corporation, 1996-01-01) 張國恩; 陳世旺; Chang, Kuo-En; Chen, Sei-WangA linear time algorithm for routing over the cells is presented. The algorithm tries to reduce maximum channel density by routing some connections over the cells. The algorithm first defines a new scheme for channel representation and formulates the problem based on an intersection graph derived from the new scheme. Then, a feasible independent set of the intersection graph is found for routing some subnets over the cells. The algorithm is implemented and evaluated with several well known benchmarks. In comparison with previous research, our results are satisfactory, and the algorithm takes substantially less CPU time than those of previous works. For Deutsch's difficult example, the previous algorithms take about 29.25 seconds on an average but our new algorithm needs only 5.6 seconds.Item An efficient layer assignment for three-layer VLSI routing(1989-09-01) 張國恩; 馮武雄; Fang, S. C.; Chang, Kuo-En; Feng Wu-Shiung; Fang, Sung-ChuanItem The evaluation of teaching efficiency of DIAMOND hunt in early reading ability development of elementary EFL learners(2005-06-12) 籃玉如; 張國恩; 宋曜廷; Lan, Yu-Ju; Chang, Kuo-En; Sung, Yao-TingItem K-blog : 整合知識分享策略的教師專業成長知識部落格環境的建置及歷程分析(2011-07-01) 張國恩在數位學習環境當中,教師的教學受到科技的影響,並使教學活動更趨多元,然而,許多研究均發現教師尚未建立知識分享之組織文化,多為孤立進行教學設計,且教學相關的知識多為隱性知識,不易外化分享,因此面臨許多教學相關問題時,教師們彼此便較難由同儕的經驗與解答中得到幫助並解決問題。本計畫擬配合知識移轉的理論模式,設計”以知識為基礎”的教師部落格知識架構與知識分享策略模式,並依據該模式發展相關之部落格工具模組K-blog,以輔助教師社群進行知識分享活動,最後,並將藉由實徵觀察研究驗證教師使用之歷程、態度與成效。Item Layer Assignment for Multi-layer PCB and VLSI Routing(中國工程師學會, 1991-07-01) 張國恩; 方松川VLSI佈線中的佈局層指定問題是決定佈局中各線段所應處的佈局層,使得所產生的穿孔數最少。本文中,首先將多層佈局層指定問題轉換成圖形的縮減問題,然後按照所建的圖形縮減模式設計出一種啟發式的演算法以解決此問題。本演算法完成後使用著名的佈線例子以評估之。評估結果知大約有百分之 38.5 的穿孔被減少了。Item A learning system for correcting misconceptions in DC Electric Circuits(1995-01-01) 張國恩; 簡聰茂; Chang, Kuo-En; Chien, Tsung-MouItem Maximizing pin alignment in VLSI routing(中國工程師學會, 1990-05-01) 張國恩; 馮武雄; Chang, Kuo-En; Feng, Wu-ShiungItem MCM電子構裝佈局設計自動化---子計畫五:適用於MCM之限制性穿孔減少(1997-07-01) 張國恩佈線中的限制性穿孔減少(Constrained via minimization,簡稱CVM)問題是探討如何決定佈局中各線段(Segments)所處的佈局層(Layer),使得所產生的穿孔數最少。本計畫嘗試將CVM問題轉換成圖形的縮減問題,然後按照所建的圖形縮減模式設計出相關的演算法以解決此問題。計畫中的方法曾用在VLSI的通道佈線上 (Channel routing),並得到相當好的結果。在計畫中嘗試將該方法用到PCB/MCM的應用上。由於PCB與MCM的設計與VLSI不同,故所考慮的限制也不同,因此PCB/MCM的穿孔減少問題是值得探討的。本計畫已完成初步的程式設計,並繼續推導理論使能考慮在MCM設計中Distribution vias,Stacked vias與Interconnection vias之特性。Item MCM電子構裝布局設計自動化---子計畫六:適用於MCM之限制性穿孔減少(II)(1998-07-01) 張國恩Item A new dynamic switch-box router(1987-12-01) 張國恩; 馮武雄; Chang, Kuo-En; Feng Wu-ShiungItem The pin alignment in VLSI routing with movable terminals(1989-01-01) 張國恩; 馮武雄; Yu, H.
